winner, Noella Wiyaala was attacked by armed robbers in her residence,
Tema Ghana.
The two robbers with entered the room of the beauty queen in the dark
and attacked her.
On hearing of the noisy sounds, her manager Mr Jonathan Sherren Paul
entered the room and a struggle with the robbers ensued. The robber
started shooting sporadically in the room, and one of them exploited
the opportunity and escaped by jumping off through the balcony.
The second robber, after some moments of struggle with the mr Jonathan
also escaped with a wallet containing only GHC200, an ATM card and
some receipts, which were later recovered from the streets.
There were no casualties during the clash with the robbers.
