Wonders shall never end!
In Edo state, a man named Godwin Idon sent his wife to an early grave
after their son killed a "sacred" snake in their living room. The
killing of the snake ensued a quarrel between the man and the wife,
after which the wife went to her husband's mother and both decided to
go and find out the impending consequences of killing the sacred
snake.
This infuriated Godwin Idon who is resting in police custody now, and
he started beating the wife ,and in the process the woman collapsed
and gave up! What a pity!
However, the man has been transfered to the state police command,
reveals the Police Area Commander, Mr David Jimwang, who confirmed the
incident.
