The former Lagos state, NSCDC (National Security and Civil Defence Corp) chairman, mr Shem Obafaiye, also known as "my oga at the top" has been transfered to Oyo state. He is to replace Clement Adesuyi, the commandant of Oyo NSCDC, while the later has been transfered to Lagos.Shem Obafaiye was formerly suspended because of a live Channels Tv blunder, where he got the beautiful name for himself.
The blunder which spread like a fire in a harmattan wind, has fetched him some recognitions, but whether it is positive or negative.
